Pre-schooling forms the most essential aspect
of your dog’s training, as it is the base for formal
training. Actually a pup’s training begins the moment
you bring it home because it is the time your dog starts picking
up habits. Whether they are good or bad it totally depends
upon the owner.
Pre-schooling should ideally begin when the pup is
3 or 4 months old. Actually, in pre-schooling we
make up the base of the pup for further training. During pre-schooling
session, we also teach the owner how to help the pup unlearn
the bad habits. Whether the owner is enrolled in training
or not, he still directs the behavior and habits of his dog.
We teach owners to better understand their pup’s needs,
establish effective communication, curb behavior problems,
and to show owners how to properly socialize their new pup.
The very first step in Dogsplay pre-school
enrollment process is to schedule your detailed puppy consultation
with us. Since all breeds have different qualities and have
varying personalities, this meeting will allow us to evaluate
your pup’s personality type and temperament. We then
will be able to offer you direction on raising your puppy’s
personality type, breed, and temperament. During this consultation,
we will also offer behavior counseling on house training,
play biting, chewing, jumping, walking on a leash, and answer
any other questions you may have regarding your pup.
